"We stumbled across this place when we were staying in Boise for the weekend. Wow!! Everything was absolutely amazing. My husband got the steakhouse burger which was flavorful and the patty was nice and juicy. We shared the parm garlic fries and the fried green beans. I have never in my life had fried green beans but WOW!! These knocked me out of the ball park with the flavor and the crunchiness. It was the perfect combination. I had the trailer trash burger which was by far my favorite thing on the menu. Who thought putting hot Cheetos and beer cheese on a burger would create such a mouth watering master piece. The beer cheese was inserted via a syringe into the burger. The hot Cheetos provided the best crunch even though the beer cheese was soaking into the burger. I’ve been thinking about it since we left and want to go back just for that burger! I really enjoyed how the burger patties are thick and they don’t skimp out on the meat. The blend of waygu and black angus is so savory and juicy. We finished off with candied bacon for dessert, which we also recommend. Everything was out of this world and we will DEFINITELY be coming back!! Thank you for the amazing time and food."

"Bring your appetite and a friend or two. These burgers are big! We ordered the hangover burger and fries. Shared this scrumptious meal. The burger was flavorful and temp exactly the way we ordered it. I gave the jealous mouthwatering, foodgasmic yum rating. Our friend had the boss burger and loco fries said it was a fav."

"Visited here for Friday night dinner around 5pm. Was a good time to go cuz we got a table right away. Lots of unique burger options, if you’re not one for thick patties then they ain’t for you. The candied bacon is a must!! And I was able to get a shake but they looked amazing. In my opinion I’d come back just apps and dessert, the burgers was too much patty for me. Great vibes!!"

"As far as burger joints go.... Sid's Garage is definitely above average. The burgers all have something unique about them. I had the steak house burger. The patty was under seasoned. The other flavors were ok. One of my sons had the pbb & j. His opinion was there was too much going on. He really enjoyed the spicy jam but he felt the pineapple just didn't fit. Service was a little slow. And the candied bacon was good but a little expensive for 5 pieces of bacon"

"The food was interesting but in a good way. We all enjoyed what we ordered and enjoyed watching what others ordered as well. The servers were not very attentive, and we had to ask for refills a couple of times. The weather was great for their open-air concept."
