"I enjoy A&W now and again when I don't have time for anything else. This one specifically was just awful. The fries were cold and nearly rock hard, the root beer was flat, and somehow even though the bottom bun of my burger was okay, the top bun was stale, dry, and hard. First and only negative experience I've had at an A&W."
"Worst A and W on the planet. Fries were done cold. It took ten minutes in the drive thru. Burger was cold. Root Beer float was as others have posted: flat and only like ice crystals. The service was horrible, the food was awful. Never go there again!"
