"This is second time going to cowboys in Ontario. This time my little girl and her friend where with us. The waitress for are table was Kaylie she did a fantastic job very attentive fast service. Prices where very reasonable as another restaurant in town charged just as much for not even a quarter of the quality. Highly recommended and will be back. Thanks Kaylie for the great service and wonderful experience."
"Ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Flavor-less. Service was extremely slow and it took well over an hour, almost TWO- to receive food despite the restaurant being fairly empty. Beans were undercooked almost raw/hard. Loaded baked potato was mainly a huge dollop of butter and sour cream with a pinch of bacon and a punch of chives. Side salad had about half a cup of dressing in the middle of the salad buried under the rest of the lettuce. The French fries alone stood out as better than any in town but that's about it. Will not be returning. For the price, the service and food was not it. The waitress was very polite but that's about it."
"My burger was very raw, but my boyfriend had steak that was very good. My french fries were soggy, and i had a bad tomato in my salad. I might give it another try. But not sure yet"
"The food was good. Make sure and ask for a receipt before you pay. They use electronic machines brought to the table and you don’t get to look at the prices before they make you stick your card in. I paid and asked for a paper receipt, which the waitress seemed annoyed about. When I got my receipt, I see she overcharged me for a meal but my payment had already went through. When I brought this to the managers attention, she gave me cash back for the difference, at least. But, good food and the waitress was nice."
