"Ordered on the app. My footlong toasted was 8 inches and cold even though I showed up right when it said it was ready to the minute. Had a long day at work and a sandwich sounded good. It wasn’t. Worst 14 dollars ever"

"I had a 5 star review on here before this. I walked in, and immediately, the young, skinny bleach blonde kid behind the counter was rude. No hellos or welcome. I had to repeat what I wanted several times. Then I asked for extra pickles, and he said he could not give me more than the 6-7 that he had put on it already. Usually, I come to this subway because they always give the customer what they ask for. The manager and workers have always been good to me until this day. Then we get to the sauces. The kid barely put a half line down a foot long sandwich, I had to insist on more, which he gave a groan about it. The tomatoes were half wilted. As I was about to pay, the kid made a point to acknowledge that the tip screen was first. I give tips according to service, so I gave no tips on this visit. As my wife and I were walking toward the door, the kid and the big older lady hid in the back and proceeded to "booooo" us out the door and got louder and louder as we stepped toward to the exit. Never in my life have I had horrible and disrespectful service like this. Is this how they treat disabled veterans.... The manager would be displeased of this. I eat Subway at least three times a week. He knows me as a regular. I will never come here again unless displinarey action is taken against these workers! I will be calling corporate and giving the names of these employees!"

"Staff is great. Made me a delicious sandwich. I’m surprised they got it right. The sun is so bright coming through the windows that I could barely even read the menu. The employees are looking right into the setting Sun. The owner needs to put in sun shades definitely for the employees first then the customer. It was brutally bright in that store. Shame on the owner. I can’t imagine what it’s like in the summer hours."

"Ordered a BMT and a Subway Club. Staff is a bit flustered (mind you I did hit during the rush) and had to bag my second sandwich myself. Was told that they were also rationing Olives due to supply shortages. After getting to eat my sandwich I found the bread to be perfect and the sandwich was well built. My wife's sandwich was missing a few olives but I totally understand that supplies are not under the line control. Facilities were clean and bright all in all should have been a better experience but it was by far not bad. Will be back but hope the staffing and supplies are fixed soon."
