"I’m giving this as a warning to parents, do not let your children work at the store. There are questionable people around your child and yeah I know they’re like 17 or 16 but still the things that go on in the store my biggest regret was letting my daughter work here. Sam or Samantha Wray is the manager she has questionable contact and conversations with underage children that work here, along with questionable acts on drug use, and will let your daughter or child. I should say, daughter, and my case run away with a stranger while on shift, and then lie to the parents. I really hope Corporate gets rid of her and maybe this location would get better. And then she also has grown males over the age of 18 lying about their age and trying to date the underage girls at the store."
"I got TWO measly slices of meat in my smokehouse beef brisket sandwich. What gives? This is one of the more expensive sandwiches because it has more meat, but this has less than the kid’s meal sandwich."
"Showed up five minutes before close, they said they could serve me anything but the roast beef. The only reason I want to go to Arby's is their roast beef."
"They are not using the proper buns at this location for the RB sandwiches. The boneless wings are just nuggets they cover in sauce. The lemonade they serve taste like extremely watered down minute made.The employees told me they microwave the meats they have so they cant make something welldone (beside blasting it in chef micro some more). They also had a pest exterminator at this place around 8 in the morning recently. Hope there isn't any pesticides or bugs in the food here. But I ain't going to find out."
"UPDATE: been here 2 times in recent weeks. Wanted the 2 for 7$ beef and cheddar deal. Same one advertised on the street sign and on drive through menu. Lady taking my order tells me they don't have that deal anymore. I'd like an explanation as to why it's advertised then. After all that I order a combo and of course my order didn't have any of the combo stuff. ===========================≈========================================================== New Arby's in town. Great service from the young lady who took my order. It's her 1st job and she's doing great. The rest of the team is kicking butt too. Food was hot and they got it to me quick. And of course it was delicious. Check them out"
