"I just love the atmosphere. I love how there is service there and you can do your work there. But at the same time enjoy coffee or a tea and some good food."

"EDIT 3/11/2024: I bumped service up to 4 stars as have noted an improvement in this area in recent months I’m really a 3.5 stars on this one. As Starbucks goes in the area, this location is good. It’s in a fairly convenient spot and it’s a good place to hang out for a coffee or to get a bit of work done. On service, I would say “5 stars” is the best possible service ever, or above and beyond. 4 stars is probably near flawless and highly consistent. I gave this one a 3 (reality maybe 3.5). No real *complaints* about the service here. In fact the staff is really great when you engage with them (giving my order, asking a question, pointing out a small error, etc). What would earn 4+ stars on service is consistent welcoming of customers when they walk in the door. Especially compared to other Starbucks, the greeting seems rare here. As I typed this while sitting in the Starbucks, I watched three people walk in and none were greeted. I feel like it’s been this way for the past several months. Sometimes I even walk in here and stand at the register waiting a minute+ for someone to take my order. To be clear, I’m happy to wait. But it is a little strange to stand there without anyone even looking in my direction and saying something like, “I’ll be right with you”. A bit awkward to stand there silently and not acknowledged. The other thing is, when I pick up my order at the counter, no one says anything either. And I always say “thank you” as I grab it and walk away. No one looks up or says anything back (99% of the time) at this location. Again, this isn’t bad, but it’s just not 4+ star service IMO. Maybe I don’t day “thank you” loud enough, but there are two other Starbucks I frequent nearby and it’s the opposite at those locations: Everyone consistently smiles and waves and responds “have a good day” when I pick up my order. At those other locations, it’s more of an exception to get the silent treatment."

"Totally soul-less experience. I walked in with my son this morning, and we were ignored for a solid 30-60 seconds. The greeting we got was not friendly. We ordered a couple drinks. I ordered a drip coffee with cream. My son’s order came up after a few minutes. I had to go up after about 5 min and ask for my drip coffee. I could sense a negative vibe coming from a couple of the baristas. I would NOT come to this coffee shop, except it’s the most convenient location on my way to taking my son to school. Sorry Starbucks, I don’t have high hopes for you, but this was particularly disappointing."

"Kass did an AMAZING job!! My dad has to limit his sugar intake, but misses his whipped cream. To get a similar experience he orders a modified cold foam (made with hwc and splenda), but it doesn't always turn out store to store. Kass was meticulous in making sure that the coffee was hot and the drink came out above and beyond his expectations! I'm so thankful this store has partners like Kass who are willing to go the extra mile. It truly shows!"

"Refuse to say anything good about Starbucks. Service is almost always bad. I often order to find out, oh, we don't have any. We just ran out. I never go to Starbucks. I'm not sure why I got this review. If all Starbucks stores just disappeared, the world would be a better place. Oh, and their coffee really is only decent at best. I was asked to do this review, careful what you all for."
