"I didn't like what I ordered but that's my fault... I wasn't paying attention to the menu. It was my first time visiting a Dutch Bros Coffee. Friendly service."
"Today me and my daughter waited almost 20 minutes to get 1 drink. The drink was not made correct it was suppose to have blackberry in it. I brought to their attention that the blackberry was not in the drink which was a light pink color. The employee offered to add "more" blackberry but I declined because my daughter was going to be late to her class because of our long wait for the drink."
"My coffee was so watered down. I asked for extra shots even and still just a hint of coffee flavor, couldn’t even figure out what the flavor was I asked for since it sure wasn’t pumpkin. Not sure if I want to continue going to Dutch, the last few coffees have been the same in different locations. Are there just cutting corners to make money. I know I paid over $10.00 for flavored water. They used to be an awesome place to go for a pick me up treat while I was out and about."
"Today, I decided I needed a little pick me up so I went to dutch. I was crying.. they could tell. They wrote the sweetest message on my drink and little did they know, I had just come from the vet around the corner from putting my childhood dog down. I needed that more than they knew. Thank you Dutch fam❤️"
"Always friendly staff. Prices are good and the coffee is always delicious! I love their iced chai latte and my kids enjoy the strawberry smoothie. They said the green apple is gross though. I will say that some of the other Dutch bros around here have friendlier employees and better music playing. But I still enjoy this one alot and it's not like the staff isn't friendly...just not as friendly as some of the other Dutch bros. Just trying to give constructive feedback."
