"I’ve been coming here for years now to switch out my summer tires to winter tires. I always get service with a friendly smile and prompt tire changes. Today, however, when we ran into a minor issue and one of the employees named BJ went above and beyond to solve the issue when he could have just as easily said they could not help me and made me take the car to the dealership. Instead, he resolved it at no cost. I was impressed and felt a 5 star review was in order! I am very grateful to the team at Commercial Tire on Apple Street."

"I found a nail in my tire and went to the closest place I could find. Steve was very professional and helped get my car back as soon as possible. While I was waiting, I was very impressed by the amount of customer service everyone in the building was offering. Everyone was attentive and friendly to all who called or walked in. I work in the customer service industry and know how hard it can be to train and execute good customer service. When they were finished fixing my tire I was told it was all part of the service and there was no need to pay. In a day where it feels like everywhere is adding extra fees for everything, I was pleasantly surprised by this. I will be back!"
"Absolutely horrible customer service. Not only did they tell my van without my consent, they did not finish the work on my van. They only fixed the starter but not the battery. I completely understand it is not their job to Baby us customers but they do have a duty to help us to the best of their ability and they fell very short of that. No understanding whatsoever even after I explained to them my situation of having to move abruptly June 1st from Boise to Nampa and the chaos that my life was filled with. And to add insult to injury, they towed my van all the way to Rocky Mountain on five Mile and emerald from Commercial Tire on Apple Street and left the damn keys at commercial tire. Just wow."
