"Not ordering from anymore Chicago connections. This is the 3rd time I have ordered and even tried different locations and every location take 1 hour 30 min or longer to cook and deliver. Last time it was Fairview, this time it’s Overland. The pizza is honestly okay, and I would much rather pay for convenience for the pizza to be more of dominos than have it this late every time. I feel dominos or even Costco pizza is better. They don’t offer apologies or even any sort of coupon when they know they are this late. It’s become a pattern and I think they need to start quoting Honest times for this. And it’s crazy expensive $60 or so for 2 mediums. Not worth it !"
"Waste of money. Waited over an hour and they brought us pizza with no cheese on it. When my wife called them they offered for HER to come pick up a new one. She asked "Are you busy?" And the answer was no. Never again guys. Thanks for ruining my Saturday."
"Our delivery orders have not been correct yet! Such a shame because the food is sssssooooooo good! Tonight I ordered pizza with extra cheese and got NO CHEESE on my pizza. I called and emailed pictures and got response back that I would get a free pizza next time. I don't think we will order from here again unless I pay at pick up and check my order first. I ended up cooking for myself anyway. I could have saved $70 dollars and just fed my household."
"They messed up our order and put the garlic sauce on the pizza instead of just a side of it. Delicious but prefer red sauce. Love the crust no matter what."
"The other night, our pizza wasn't as good as usual. As a household, we came to the agreement that it seemed under salted. The crust and sauce mostly. I really can't complain too much. I think this is only the third underwhelming pizza I've got from you in 40 years."
