Formerly known as The Dry Creek Mercantile, this restaurant has been a gathering place for the community for many years. A group of Hidden Springs families has taken over and transformed the Merc into the SpringHouse, where every person who walks in is known and welcomed.
The SpringHouse is a place where people come together to enjoy delicious meals, happy hours, work meetings, parties, and even memorials. It is the heartbeat of Hidden Springs, shaping the community into what it is today. The new Mug Club has been created for patrons to show their support and receive exclusive perks at SpringHouse and Rooted Coffee.

"The service was kind (counter service) and they had a good beer list, but the food was lacking. The pretzels were good quality, but the meat on the burger and chicken sandwich was not. I think that if they had better quality meat, we would consider going back. The restaurant is located in a remote neighborhood, so I believe it is able to exist."

"Food was great, especially the gluten-free bun tastes like a real bun. Burger was a little dry and the meat was bloody. which is the only reason I gave it four stars."
"Well worth the drive to this hidden gem. Burgers were absolutely delicious with some of the best fries and tots around. That being said our biggest gripe was that the portion size of the tots was pitiful and the portion of fries was barely acceptable. We did go on a Wednesday night and they had trivia which added to the experience. Will go again."
"Amazing amazing place. Travelled to the area to photograph a wedding with my family. It's a small town. Joan and her staff take great care of you. They answered all the questions we had. The rooms were clean and everything was perfect. They made sure we felt welcomed. You need to ask them about the key to the pool if you like swimming. It's not just an open pool and it's about 2 blocks away from the Dry Creek Mercantile. We loved our stay and it felt like home away from home."
