"I am not too familiar with Caldwell, and I used Google Maps to find the nearest tire place which led me to this location. I don’t drive a commercial vehicle and when I pulled in, I thought I might be in the wrong place to have my tires checked. Everyone there was super nice and Fernando helped me out. One of my tires was super low, so he took my tire off the car and checked it for leaks etc. he found nothing wrong with the tire. He made sure all of my tires were aired up and I was back on the road. Thank you Fernando, I appreciate you for getting me safely on my way home."

"Since day one that I've been coming here it and it has been the worst experience but I gave it a second chance maybe it was a bad day but every time. The 1st time they were trying to make my TPMS sensor work but they couldn't get it to work so they tried to upsell me their brand and they couldn't even get those to work and the last time I spent 3 hours while they tried to do a tire patch and they didn't do anything so they sent me on my way without doing anything. Not only that they didn't believe me that there was a nail on the tire either which upset me more. I'm never going back to that location ever again."
