"I was in the midst of a relatively last-minute cross country move from an island in the PNW to New England and knew I’d be staying with family in the Caldwell area for a few days. I called about an appointment to get an oil change and deal with a few other concerns on my old minivan (I was skeptical it could make the trip). Jennifer was incredibly helpful and squeezed me into a tight schedule, and had me stop in ahead of time to go for a ride with one of the mechanics to listen for a noise I was worried about (which magically stopped after I left the island, of course). Ultimately I was able to head east with some peace of mind and made it to Massachusetts with no car issues. It’s always so helpful to have a reliable, friendly, honest auto shop.
