"It was suggested to me to go to Interstate Batteries on Franklin in Meridian - that they would 'treat me right'. I gave them 2 interstate RV batteries AND a optima battery to be told I would only get $.12/lb for the batteries - really? I needed to replace the Optima, so the salesman gave me another Optima to charge me $300. I should have taken the time to look online and get the battery else where. I could have saved any where between $25 and $50 and got a return on the core charge for the replacement! Sorry Interstate - never again."

"The worst service and customer loyalty I have ever experienced not to long ago I had gone in and purchased multiple battery's one for the boat,truck,porsche and so on I had also purchased two motorcycle batteries one for my dad's bike one for my Harley,I ended up having some very serious health issues and my dad had a heart attack I was never able to install my battery in my bike my father had installed his after his surgery he bounced back pretty quickly anyhow when I did get back to being mobile I had went back down to interstate and purchased 4 more battery's for my diesel pusher at about a 1000.00 so I was trying to get all my vehicles in order so I installed the battery I had purchased for my bike being new I didn't think I would have an issue,but it was dead so I charged it and in the mean while had checked dad's battery also very low put load tester on both they were bad so I figured there would be no problem exchanging them well I was wrong not only did they not exchange they were going to charge me full price on both once again about 300 more I had explained the situation in full,so instead of playing the fool I went elsewhere long story short and close to 2000,00 in batteries later, never again my bike battery had never even left the box plus one of the rv batteries I had to replace about 2mo later Beware Thanks Matt Baker former customer"

"I had a very good experience at this battery store. I went in to purchase two group 65 batteries. I asked questions and received good advice. When I was about to leave the parking lot, I was reminded that my change was still on the counter by the young man on duty. I forgot his name but I asked him if he was the store manager and he said yes. Anyway, his honesty over a mere $26.99 in change left on his counter has impressed me!! That $ 26.99 in change may not seem like a lot to many but it tells me that this young man’s integrity cannot be bought. I will continue to purchase all my batteries from this store. They aren’t the cheapest batteries on the planet but I’m in the market for really good batteries whatever the cost."
