"Being on vacation from Oklahoma we had our check engine light come on. We were on our way to Idaho. I stopped in New Mexico to have it checked. We were told it was an 02 sensor by the code. Taking the car into Bruneel in Caldwell Idaho after the mechanic did a diagnostic of the system we were told it was Vapor Canister Purge solenoid. I was given a copy to fix this and the total came to $610.14. The part from Bruneels was listed at $243.55. Labor was the rest of the charge. After checking what that part did, I didn't feel it was worth fixing at that time. I went to an autoparts store to return a computer reader and ask how much this part was. I was told this Vapor Canister was $39.99. Quite a difference in the prices between the two. I feel Bruneel was trying to make a larger percentage of income from me for the complete service."

Point S said if I could leave it they would look at it in the next couple of days. They called me and told me the issue and when it would be done. Not only was it done on the day they said, it was $500 less than quoted. I really appreciate the honesty and attention they showed us and would recommend everyone to this place for all your automotive needs.
