"The pies taste okay but the service was terrible. We usually pick up our own but this time I had delivery cuz we had lots of people. I told them 5:15 to 5:30 at about a quarter to 6:00 I still didn't have my pizzas. I had to order four. I called and they told me it was still cooking because they had a big order before mine. If they had just called me and let me know it was going to be late. One of my company went to get it and if you figure it all together it was about 45 minutes late. I was very upset. I had a house full of people waiting for dinner. Dot taffin. Boise."

"Weird experience, I ordered online and was told 25 minutes so showed up and the pizzas hadn't been started. I was fine to wait. But asked about a beer and just got the cold shoulder. The only time the crew perked up was when I asked to cancel. Super happy to get me out of there despite the pizza in the oven, there was one table seated."

"We stopped getting Chicago connection because it was not as good as it was in years past. Today we got one from the Fairview Chicago connection and it was wonderful. Just like the old days. We ate the whole thing which we never do. If you keep that up we will keep buying your pizzas. It was good and thick. Cheesy and wonderful."

"There’s no way around this. The Pizza has nothing to do with Chicago whatsoever. It’s quite misleading. I really think they should change the name. With that being said, the pizza is pretty tasty, I particularly like the sauce. And the crust is crispy but also light and airy. Quite enjoyable pizza. I’ll reiterate, change the name please. It’s misleading and people here think this is Chicago pizza and it’s really not even close in any way. The deep dish and thin crust are both just not Chicago style at all. It’s borderline false advertising and as a chicagoan, I don’t really appreciate our pizza being perpetuated in this way. They still get 4 stars because their customer service is really good and I like the people."

"Not ordering from anymore Chicago connections. This is the 3rd time I have ordered and even tried different locations and every location take 1 hour 30 min or longer to cook and deliver. The Fairview is only 6 min from my house. I had called twice to ask where it was and he said the delivery driver was on their way. I finally had to just cancel my order after over an hour and a half. It was about a $25-30 pizza for a single medium ."
