"First time eating at Chicago Connection. Placed an order online for dinner and it said the pizza would be ready in about an hour. It was made and delivered in 30 minutes. The delivery driver James was super friendly and the pizza was amazing."
"Chicago connection pizza is good with the right workers. Every time I come to this location they are rude, have no work ethic, pizza is burnt or not made at all. There is always an issue. Had not been here in years because I never had a good experience. I gave it another chance but it hasn't changed a bit. I'll go to the overland location."
"After 45 minutes, they delivered the wrong pizza (pizza with meat, which vegetarians can't eat). I called to ask for the problem to be fixed. The guy who answered the phone did not believe me and it took me getting angry with him before he agreed to make a new pizza. I understand mistakes happen, and I don't want to need to use my angry voice to resolves issues. In the past, Chicago connection has been my go to for great pizza. However, after this experience, I can no longer be sure that I will receive the same care and consideration."
"Their Double Deluxe Pepperoni pizza is my favorite pizza, best I've ever had. Loaded with Pepperoni and tons of cheese, if you like a good pepperoni pizza, you'll love this. In the late 80's, while I was attending Boise State University, I would order this on a regular basis. After college, moved to Seattle and just moved back after 35 yrs, and was thrilled to see Chicago Connection still here and still serving this wonderful pizza. We try to dine here each time we come into Boise. The Authentic Italian Meatballs are a great starter. And the staff are friendly and attentive. Just a great overall pizza restaurant. I don't believe you'll be disappointed."
