Domino's Pizza

"I’ve always ordered from this location in the past 5 years. Food has always been great, service has been excellent even during high high volume times. But tonight my delivery driver really went above and beyond for just 2 diet cokes without being asked he made it right. Got a lot of love for this location! Thank you!"

"I wish i could give 00000 stars. First off I waited 45 minutes at least for delivery. Which is understandable because it's a Friday night totally fine. The delivery driver who mind you did not have a name on the tracker, then dropped off my order and I asked where my pizza was. I got chicken, bread bites, a pasta, a 2 liter and a pizza. She then said ehat pizza i dont have a pizza for you. She said that she would let the store know when she got back and I should call the store and figure it out on my end. I also want to say the delivery driver never made eye contact with me or was friendly at all. So I called the Vista store immediately. And I say Vista because this is not the only issue I've had with this store. The guy who answered the phone said it would be about 10 to 20 minutes if I came in or 20 to 45 minutes to deliver the remake pizza. So I chose to drive to the store because I obviously want the pizza before the rest of my food goes cold. I then go into the store and THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ME CALLING TO GET A REMAKE! So I had to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of the 10 I had already waited. What seemed to be the manager of this store was prompt and seemed upset with his team about this issue. He made sure the pizza was being remade asap. However I paid for 5 items, delivery fee, and a tip to just drive to the store and waste time. I've read reviews of this store and they aren't great. In all my bread bites did not have seasoning at all and they were burnt. Chicken was a little pink inside and pizza sucked. Since moving to this area of Boise and Vista being my closest store, I have had issues every single time. I'd rather drive to meridian for a 10 out of 10 pizza next time."

"Picked up two pizzas on Friday, day after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately very disappointing. No sauce, no toppings, girls playing around. There is just no consistency with the pizza at this store. Pizza Hut, "makin' it great"!"

"Ordered via the app. Food never arrived but was marked as delivered. Called the store about it twice and was told “our tracking system isn’t always in-sync with our drivers”. I then drove to the store to ask about the order and was offered a remake that would take about 10 minutes (it took 13, which is fine). An employee finally apologized when I was handed my order and offered me a drink for their mistake. In total I waited 1hr 20 minutes and drove to the store myself, for an order that was supposed to be delivered in 26-36 minutes."
