"I won’t see Dr. Legris again. Had to contact him to get any feedback on three test I had done. It took weeks to get anything. Feel like he just doesn’t really care about getting back to his patience. I hope to find a doctor who cares a little more about improving his patience condition in a timely manner. This is a great clinic, and they are conveniently located for me. But the doctor that my wife goes to is very booked up with patients and would rather have a separate doctor than my wife anyway. But he is excellent. The rest of the staff at this location is excellent. I just didn’t connect with Dr. Legris."

"Have a really hard time believing the one star reviews. Dr Legris is a wonderful Doctor. I have seen him since at least 2018. His care and compassion has remained very consistent. He has treated me through multiple chronic health conditions, a pregnancy and postpartum, helped me with family planning and birth control, mental healthcare, genetic testing, numerous surgeries, and many referrals. He has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and has an exceptional bedside manner. He will not rush through the appointment and will give you his full attention and multiple treatment options. While he provides many options for treatment on chronic issues, he also really takes the time to hear your input and concerns and lets you be involved in your own healthcare. This is really important for me. He’s genuinely kind, and I’m happy my whole family will get to see him now. I trust they will be in the best care while they see him, just as I have. The only downside used to be the wait time. This is understandable and not uncommon in a healthcare setting, but of course it’s always a bit annoying. I was pleasantly surprised when setting up my sons first PCP appointment to see his wait times have drastically improved! He was only booked a few weeks out. This wouldn’t concern me, though. He’s very responsive on portal if you need care between appointments. Note to parents: He is great with kiddos! Great choice for a PCP for the whole family."

"Dr. Legris is a poor excuse for a doctor. I was diagnosed with pneumonia by his NP after a xray. I called to try and get a refill on my meds because I wasn't getting better. I was told no 2 times. I waited a week to go to urgent care. By then i had multi pneumonia in 1 lung. This is only 1 bad experience I've had with him. I would never recommend his sevices!!! Not ever!"

"After just a few minutes with him I knew I wanted him for my primary. He did more for me in one appointment than my previous one had done in 11 months. I didn't feel shut down or apprehensive about any issues I have going on unlike my previous primary. He also handles diabetic care so I was able to hit two birds with one stone and gain access to care in Springfield I wouldn't have gotten from living near branson. Very thankful that I found him."

"The one-star review is very difficult for me to believe. Dr. Legris is an excellent listener, and he's always professional and thorough, as well as friendly, courteous, and kind. I'm grateful to have him as my doctor, and I hope he stays in the community for a good long time."
