"Used save my spot and had a short wait. The staff were friendly and let you know how long you would have to wait for the next step. They ordered tests early so the doctor/NP did not have to come into the room twice. The doctor/NP spent time asking several questions to understand all of the symptoms. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes which was very good considering how busy they were and waiting on test results."

"I had to come here yesterday. Ear ache was severe. The medicine posts frightened me. I had the best care I could have ever received. The whole crew, reception to PA. Nurses with kindness. I am sold."

"I called the office to schedule an appointment to get my cortisol levels tested. The person I spoke with said I could absolutely schedule that, it would just be a lab with no need to see the Dr. so he scheduled me about 2 months out. When the time of the appointment came, it was quick and easy; I went in, got my blood drawn, and was told I could go. Next day, I get my results. They tested my vitamin D levels, not cortisol. I messaged my doctor on the app asking if vitamin D was the only thing they tested, because I had requested a cortisol test. She messages me back that if I want to get a cortisol test, I have to have an appointment with her so she can order it. I am very very frustrated that instead of telling me that two months ago when I scheduled my appointment, they just tested something random and sent me on my way. No communication whatsoever about the fact that they could not test cortisol without a doctors order. Now, I will likely have to pay $200 for a test I did not order, and on top of that I would have to wait another 3 months before I could get in again. Instead, I went to AnyLabsNow in Springfield and they tested me THAT DAY for only $65! No appointment needed. I am very pleased with my experience there, and will take any future labwork to them."

"I want to give a big fat zero!!! My son turned 18, and we had to find a new doctor. I chose Dr. Duff because he has experience with Autism, and made a new patient appointment, which was scheduled over 6 months in advance. This was the earliest appointment available. Then, less than a month before the appointment I get a letter saying that they needed to reschedule the appointment. When I called, the next available appointment would not be for more than 6 months. WHAT!!! I didn't cancel my appointment, you did!"

"Appointment was scheduled out more then 2 months, soonest I could get an appointment. Then was told to arrive 15 minutes early to a 4PM appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for 38 minutes, I had to endure an hour longer sitting in a horribly uncomfortable chair just waiting to see the doctor. Over 2 hours in total for a 20 minute visit with the doctor. Cox Nixa Clinic is absolutely horrible. I like Dr Pharris but I will be looking for a new doctor in a private practice."
