"I contacted Travis since the person I spoke with from Farmers that originally gave me a quote never returned my phone calls. When I called Travis I got a voicemail and before I could leave a message he was calling me back. He gathered the information needed and called me back with a quote that was better than I had received before! He talked through coverages and suggested changes from the original quote to better fit my needs. In the end he was able to get me great coverage for a $1900 per year savings compared to the insurance I was currently with. The experience was very great.
