"HORRIBLE!!! Techs are so snotty. I had a miscommunication and was ten minutes late to a cleaning app. After taking four powerful antibiotics as a prophylactic they refused to treat me and would not even try to get me in that same day. They never called to verify times. They told me they didn't have my number after I had given it to them a few times. Plus do you know how many times I sat in their office and waited ten minutes or longer for my appointment. This is very poor customer service not to mention negligence to my health since I've now taken medicine unnecessarily. I will be be recommending and giving my business elsewhere. I never did like how rude the staff was anyways. They don't even deserve one star. I hear Mac Dental is GREAT!"
