"If you’re going to do your own Grubhub then actually deliver the pizza! Your customer service when answering the phone is outrageously rude, poor service and will not return. We called several times to be told it was out for delivery and then call center for Grubhub calls to say you cancelled for not having a driver. Thanks for not being honest! ———here my reply since you turned them off! Let talk about this! I never called anyone names and we called twice when my husband called the first time your employee said food was out for delivery and hung up without even knowing who he was. I called back to talk to your staff to have the same answer but insisted on him actually checking where the order was. He put me on hold came back several times to not even know where the pizza is because he thought it was out for delivery. Didn’t have our name correct or address down for what was supposedly sent. I said to your guy if the pizza is not here within the next 10 minutes we will he canceling anyways because we want food. Never did we have an issue with it being an hour wait that was understood. I’m in customer service and calling anyone names didn’t happen. You should reach out for a phone call to me and discuss this since you obviously have a bigger issue in your hands then you realize."

"The tall kid with the light colored hat gives horrible customer service! When I asked for a menu he literally grunted at me and pointed at the wall behind me. I then gave him my order and he, without confirming my order or even saying a word, flipped the card reader around for me to pay and then just walked away back into the kitchen. No receipt, no statement of how long the pizza would take, nothing. Had I not been wanting to try this place for months I would have just asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. Long story short, the pizza isn't worth the bad customer service. Pass on this one."

"Glitchy website. Unable to dine in. No restroom. Unsanitary. To-go menus quote one price but actual prices handwritten on adjacent wall are higher. Bad deal on Gift Certificates. Expensive for an average product, especially considering the looong wait. Our January 2023 Ordeal = A friend purchased $30.00 of NW Pizza Company gift certificates for us so, having previously dined-in, we decided to return as a weekend treat. With young children in tow our routine before eating out is to review an online menu first. Sadly, NW Pizza Co's website was not fully operational (no prices, images would not load, etc). Upon arrival we were eager to be seated but their dining area is walled off (take out only). Front counter has a sign advising The Tipsy Pine next door has seating, just not for children since you must be 21-years-old. Young man who eventually stepped out was super nice. He advised about discounts/coupons on their to-go menus and we placed our order. Unfortunately, he needed manager assistance which took a while because she was on her cell phone. After she applied the 15% off from a menu coupon, we handed over our gift certificates only to be told "Customers must pay full price with Gift Certificates." Seems weird how $30.00 was spent to buy a gift yet that same $30.00 is no longer good enough to apply any deals. Showed Military I.D. only to be told military is only honored with cash or credit. Better off giving someone cash if you really want them to experience NW Pizza Company. Do NOT purchase their Gift Certificates ;-) Moved forward with our full price order and gave cash for what we owed. Put change in their tip jar and subsequently learned why it had been empty... during the 28-minutes required to cook an extra large pepperoni pizza and basil chicken sandwich, every customer who entered had a problem. Several complained about the website not working. One person told us they prefer ordering online but that's not currently possible. Computer system even failed to recognize names on every order that was picked up. Employees had to laboriously check what had already been boxed so they could match food for each patron. This meant time wasted whilst less manpower could prepare food. Speaking of which, amidst our kiddos complaining about their hunger we routinely peeked in the kitchen and saw the manager handling her cell phone in between sprinkling toppings on pizzas. No gloves. No hand washing. If you've got kids then you may have guessed that one of our little ones had to use the bathroom before we finally escaped this horribly slow process. With a No Public Restroom sign posted, where does one take their child to go potty? Certainly not to the 21+ bar next door. But wait... there's more. While perusing the to-go menu that was printed in 2022, we discovered prices scribbled on an adjacent wall did not match and, in fact, were higher! Totally understand if costs have driven this restaurant to charge more but pushing a lower priced menu upon entry then up-charging without explanation is very misleading. Checked our receipt; indeed... we paid more than initially led to believe. All things considered Hayden's NW Pizza Co was an absolute disappointment. There are at least seven pizza options within a couple miles. Wish we had gone elsewhere (Capone's, Flame & Cork, Radicci Italian Bistro, Domino's, Papa John's, Papa Murphy's, Little Caesar's). AFTER reading owner's response = Owner made no mention of the unsanitary conditions practiced by management while preparing food. Also zero effort towards making things right. Not surprised about NW Pizza Co's culture of restating the obvious without trying to win back those who suffer poor experiences, as we accompanied friends on a pickup order weeks later only to witness their lackluster practices persist. Food wasn't any better either, especially considering the California prices. Everyone in our party agreed we'd NEVER return here again."

"The pizza was just ok. The dough is made "on-site" but it appears pre-made which makes for subpar quality and pricy for what you're paying for. Tried the Loaded Hawaii and the Sweet Bee. Neither were anything to write home about. Both versions of wings sucked. The bone-in had decent flavor but were like rubber. The boneless were soggy and although fully cooked needed to remain in the fryer to firm them up. The Italian sandwich was probably the best item ordered. It had good flavor, a decent amount of fillings and the bread tasted great. The green salad was minimal. They charge "extra" for dressing and by extra I mean the amount you'd need to enjoy two orders of wings and a salad. The dressing is not your typical delicious diner style ranch so save your money on the "extra". Staff were friendly which is always a plus."
