"It's official. They are so ashamed of their prices they don't even bother showing anyone them anymore. None of the signage or the displays in the building showed any price of any pizza or any other item on the menu. I understand inflation is hitting everyone but now actively deceiving people by not showing what the prices are is my line. I have to say I won't be back for a while."
"I ordered my pizza & wings online & when I went to pick them up, I discovered I inadvertently ordered it at a Papa John's in another state. I tried calling the other Papa John's to cancel my order but couldn't reach a live person, only recorded messages. The wonderful man in the Hayden Papa John's managed to get thru to the out-of-state Papa John's & canceled my pre-paid order. He then took my order & even carried it out to my car once it was ready. Now, that's excellent service above & beyond! Thank you!!"
"2nd time ordering from this location this week both times ordered cheese bread and it's more like bread with butter on it no no cheese if there was an option to add extra cheese I would do that by 2x I've noticed In the last couple of years they've cut their toppings back to almost nothing But the CUSTOMER SERVICE and DELIVERY It's been great they just need to add more options for extra toppings or re adjust to having more toppings again Any time I have issues they will take care of them either by remaking and sending or crediting. Just an idea for the Corporate side if you guys want to Save money by changing the quantity of toppings do it like your sauce light, regular, or extra for your topping options that way everyone can get what they want and you cut your Manager callbacks/credits out"
"My first time at Papa John's. And it was really good. Went over very well ( we celebrated Pi day with pizza and pie). The cheese sticks were amazing. And I absolutely love the garlic butter sauce. Meatball & pepperoni is my husband's new favorite."
