Panera Bread

"Went there with friends and had the walnut apple chicken salad. Second time I've had it. So good with lettuce, chicken, candied walnuts and chunks of blue cheese and a light vinegrette dressing. Also comes with a chunk of sourdough bread. It's quite filling."

"My grandmother, mom, and I all decided to try this place out for the first time. My mom wanted a specific soup to go with a certain type of bread. The server told us we can not order that type of bread if we are getting that type of soup. We tried everything just to try to get that specific bread and soup for my mom, even offered to leave and come back to order the bread separately. They would not let us have the bred we wanted…. Never have I ever been to a restaurant where we couldn’t order something from the menu… we tried EVERYTHING from ordering more food, more bread, ordering separately (my grandma and I would get my mom her soup, then my mom would go in separately for the bread). My mom never got the bread she wanted regardless of everything we tried. They had it, we just weren’t aloud to order it and my mom was super dead set on the soup she got. Super bizarre experience. The server was super friendly but it definitely felt like we couldnt make an order for the life of us. That was 4 years ago and none of us have gone back since. Anytime my friends ask “if the place was good” I tell them no. It wasn’t. Poor experience overall."

"We ordered southwest chicken ceasar salads, at the drive thru. We asked for extra chicken. We were charged for extra chicken. When we got all the way home to eat, our salads had NO chicken on them at all. It was very disappointing. Even the quality of the salad was not great. Each salad had a couple of big bitter chunks from the very middle of the romain, that normaly isn't served in a salad. It was very disappointing."

"We were visiting from out of town and stopped in a couple of times during our trip. We found the service to be efficient, and did not have any errors with our orders. On our first visit in particular, there was one employee (supervisor maybe? didn't catch her name unfortunately) who was incredibly friendly and took the time to interact with our 2 year old. It was a pleasant interaction after a long day of driving."

"Food was tasty but not quick. Atmosphere was lacking and many tables were dirty. Impersonal environment. Ordering was completed at a kiosk, and food was sitting on a counter when ready. Wasn't even sure I was picking up the right food. Plenty of parking available and restrooms were clean"
