"It is great to have a QSR out here on this end of town, and having the somewhat healthy San Francisco Sourdough Eatery is awesome! However...we showed up 15 min to 6pm on a Saturday night (earliest SSD store closing in the area) and the customer service was not great. Apparently they close at 6pm. Hard to fathom closing at 6 on Saturday night in July. So we tipped 20%, ahead of the service and still were treated like we were puttingthem out, even though we were there a full 15 min. prior to close and we took it to go,so they didn't have to clean up after us. They were a 5 star prior, only 4 now. If this was my only experience here I would have given a 3."
"Started out in the drive thru and there was no movement after 10 minutes. Pulled into the parking lot and went inside. 5 clueless people working. The 2 trucks that were in front of us in drive thru left. Ordered a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese and no mayo just mustard. There was hardly any meat on the sandwich and so much mustard it was almost inedible. See pictures."
