"Food was fine, but there was not a single table that wasn't absolutely filthy, and there was a mysterious puddle on the floor as well. It was dead quiet with hardly any customers...so not sure why they're not cleaning the lobby or tables. Makes me a little grossed out and worried about the cleanliness of the rest of the store...like the back room or kitchen. I had to literally wipe off my own table just to sit. :/"

"The kitchen area has caked on grime everywhere... the serving area sneeze gaurd is growing somthing nasty and would not have order if I hadn't already committed. Food was cold and mediocre at best... the sevice wasn't bad, however, i could overhear the employees talking trash about a call in order and then a door dash driver. The ice tea tasted old and was wasn't pleasant. This is my sole opinion and you should make your own when you visit. Owners should take a deep look at what's going on. There seems to be a growing concern for the cleanliness."

"Unlike many other reviews I thought the place was very clean and well-kept! I wish I caught the name of the girl working the counter because she was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely got the short time I spent there off to a great start! Food was okay, nothing special and definitely no where near Chipotle quality. The steak had a disappointing lack of flavor. That said, the food tasted fine overall. The mango salsa was great and the bag of chips is HUGE for two dollars. No skimping there! Easy parking and a popular place in the area for a quick bite."

"Everything was very dirty and they were not restocking anything. They literally gave me two jalapeños because that was all that was left in the one container and half a scoop of the mango salsa. Multiple items were completely gone and they didn’t even make more despite it being 6:30pm. Would not recommend."

"Eat here alot. Today however the most bizarre exchange took place with the young lady behind the counter. I had an office order and one co-worker wanted just Chips and Salsa as well as a side of Pico. Young lady behind the counter insisted that they were the same thing pico is the only thing available qdoba has no salsa :( Left me wondering what Ive been adding to mexican food all this time??? And how many times have I been out and the waitstaff got a good chuckle at my foolish request for some tasty salsa??? Perhaps some better customer service training for her is in order and maybe some labels on the sauces offered so Pico isnt mistaken for salsa and vice versa. Anywho this statement is just as ridiculous as the rude attention from the girl that served me today. Ive attached a photo of each that can perhaps be used for reference in the future. And maybe they dont have salsa if not then let this review serve as a heads up if its tasty chip dip I like to call salsa you seek then perhaps Qdoba is not the place for you. :) The chips were good!"
