"Picked up a takeout order and they had it sitting on the floor. Yes, I said floor. While it was in a plastic bag I don't want my food sitting on the floor. Keep it on the shelf at the kitchen to keep warm and keep bugs out of the bag. NOT professional and probably against the health code."

"The new manager that runs this location now is lackluster to say the least. The food has gone down hill, service has gone down hill, and overall atmosphere has plummeted. The new manager likes to ridicule her employees in the lobby where her other employees and customers can hear about private matters that should be spoken about in a closed office. Such a sad sight to see how these hard working employees are treated compared to the atmosphere with the last general manager. I will no longer support this business and neither should you!"

"Yakisoba noodles with chicken was a big hit with my kid, a little salty, but still good. I ordered the Singapore rice bowl with chicken. It tasted good, a little bit of a mellow flavor. Maybe more sauce with the rice would have been better. I really wish they gave more of the slaw with the rice bowls."

"I ordered Noodles express through a third-party delivery service. When it got here, the rice had not been fully cooked. They were hard and crunchy, so I called the store, not knowing what to do since I ordered through a third-party. The general manager, Lindsey took it upon herself to check the rice, make new rice, and make whole new rice bowl, and bring it out to my house herself. On top of that, brought a gift card with an apology for the inconvenience. This customer service was absolutely AMAZING to me. I am completely taken back. I always love eating there, but this was over and beyond. This is how customer service should be!"

"We’re shocked to see how tiny the portions were for the price. Our chicken and rice (I forgot which kind) came with three, count ‘em, three pieces of chicken and both meals came with maybe an 8th cup of Asian slaw. The food was also just above room temperature. We did order to go, but we’re waiting inside the building before our order was ready and ate outside in the car, so the lack of heat wasn’t due to the food having to travel from the building to home. They were starting to get busy or we would have gone back inside although I’m not sure if they could have done anything anyway."
