"1st time customer, buying a 1/4 cow. Based on conversations with employees, was expecting 50% ground beef, 25% roast cuts, 25% steak cuts. What I actually got was 60% ground beef, 23% roast cuts, 17% steak cuts (half of which are thin 'minute steaks') Initially i posted a review suggesting clouds are crooks. The owner took issue with this and called me. We talked it out. Make sure you have a good understanding of what your ordering. They have materials there to explain it. Your $4.29/lb hanging weight turns into $6.67/lb plus take home. That's not great when %60 is ground beef."
"NOT HAPPY! I had my beef processed here and paid extra for extra lean ground beef and NO bones at all! My ground beef is full of fat and I have to debone everything myself. Never again will I use Clouds Meats for processing. Below: what I paid for vs what I got. Nice boneless chuck for the extra charge! And look at the grease from a pound of extra lean hamburger! Nice ‘boneless’ KC strip! RIPOFF"
