They were nice enough to let him in after hours so he could pick it up after work because they had no more delivery slots. He paid $70 for a very sad bouquet of Missouri weeds. Definitely NOT $70 worth of flowers. Most of it is greenery and some flowers I could find in my backyard. He went ahead and paid since they let in him after hours, but they could’ve definitely given him a lower price if they didn’t have a lot of flowers left, which is understandable because of the holiday. Instead, it feels like he got taken advantage of and, unfortunately, we won’t be giving them our business again."

"I do not live in Missouri, but I ordered flowers through the online site to be delivered in Webb City, MO. I got online at about 11:30AM, intending/hoping for the flowers to be delivered that afternoon. However, the first flower arrangement selection I made was out of stock at the time. And just by chance, my second selection was too. I called to inquire about the situation after the second order was unable to be placed. Tiffany answered, and she quickly asked if I was the same person who had just attempted to place two orders. I thought that was so nice, and she already knew my entire situation. She told me that she already had an order coming the next day from her wholesaler, and she could place an order for me to be delivered with it as well. She facilitated the reimbursement for one of the orders on my credit card seamlessly, and the flowers were delivered at 2:00PM the next day, which is as the same day they were shipped in—so fast! So, not only did she already know my issue before I called, she also had a better-than-expected plan in place to help. Not only that, I had everything settled and in place about 20 minutes after I got online. She even called to let me know that they had been delivered that following day. Ultimately, Bloom Boutique made a potentially catastrophic situation seem like a simple point and click transaction. I was so incredibly impressed at Tiffany’s above and beyond efforts to make sure everything went smooth, and it did. If you need flowers in Southwest Missouri, you have to call Bloom Boutique! 11/10 And not to mention, the flowers and arrangement were gorgeous! My SO was so impressed and happy."
