"As a recent employee. I can tell you please don't shop here or at any Dg. This one is especially..just disgusting. You don't want to see the back room where all the products come in. The mold on the walls back there that was painted over. The amount of expired products on the floor. Keep an eye out. I could say so much more. Don't let the fake smile fool you."
"My store . The manager may look gruff but he is a sweet guy. Unless u are a shoplifter. He can spot you and he will stop checking someone out just to call you out in front of everyone. Don't try it!!!"
"Has a great selection. And the employee Anthony Todd was outstanding in help and suggested selling. I went in for a couple items and left with several. Many items I would have never known that Dollar General had in stock. Thought I was going to have to go to Walmart for the items But because of suggested selling I found the items I needed cheaper and didn't have to go any place else. Was a great experience. Will reccomend Dollar General on Grand in Carthage to everyone I know. Thanks Dollar General and the wonderful Anthony Todd for the great service."
"Walked in the store at 10 till 9 and got told before we even made it all the way in store that we had 5 minutes to get our shopping done. That's the worst customer service I have ever received and to be honest I will not go back. The staff are rude and need to go to rehab."
