"We’ve been taking our little girl here since she was 4 months old and she absolutely loves it. She loves the staff, has made all the dog friends, and comes home tired (which is hard to do with an Aussie). Would recommend to anyone with fur babies!"

"I looked around for a lot of groomers and they all were over $100. Woofs gave Lola an awesome full groom, under that and threw a little Christmas bow on her. Lola is 9 months old and super timid with groomers but Jennifer did an awesome job, took her time, and I’m very grateful. Highly recommend and will be sure to check out their daycare soon!"

"Very concerning groomer on staff here. We watched the entire grooming on the available live cams that are advertised and it was as if the groomer forgot she was on camera, or perhaps didn’t care. We saw several instances of her being very overly aggressive; the most concerning was her yanking on his neck restraint to turn him, rather than instructing and guiding him. Now that we have him home, it is clear how rough and careless she actually was. He has actually been scalped and she even missed a paw! (See pictures). You would think he was acting wild during the grooming based on our stated concerns, however, we watched the entire grooming live and only saw him confused a few times about where he should be prior to her yanking on his neck or ears. We can only imagine how he was treated off camera. I will say we called and got a prompt response from a manager who reviewed the footage and completely validated our concerns. She stated she is going to address the issue with the appropriate staff and issued a full refund. We were extremely grateful for the quick response by management, however are very disheartened at how our baby was treated by the grooming staff."

"We cannot thank the staff here enough! Our dog, Miller, stayed here for 12 days. We LOVED being able to watch him play on camera and in his room. The staff is incredible, energetic, and so kind. They worked to find the best schedule for Miller and helped him meet new dogs. During Miller’s stay he developed a hot spot and a few sensitive spots. They took him to our vet, got him medicine, and were able to give him extra baths with the recommended shampoo. They kept in contact with us each step of the way. It was such a nice feeling knowing our boy was taken care of. He had the best mini vacation!!"
