"The flood team did a fantastic job cleaning up from a major flood in my home (due to a tree crashing through the roof during a big storm). They cleaned up all the wet and damaged contents, pulled damaged drywall and carpet, and installed fans and heaters to dry everything out. Shane Plopper (St. Louis) in particular went "above and beyond" expectations to make sure my home was cleaned up, dried out, and protected from further damage. He attached an excellent tarp on the roof to help prevent further flooding. He also did a great job with the contents inventory for my insurance company."
