"I worked for this company in 2022, the first foreman they put me with was a nice fellow, then he went on vacation and I got put on with a foreman named Jay. I worked about a week and a half for this guy and he was not as good to work with as the first one. On a hot Friday morning I was told to go down into the over dig to tap the forms while we poured the foundation, the ground broke loose that I was standing on and I fell about five feet down and landed on my foot wrong breaking the bone and spraining it. I told Jay that I think that I messed up my foot and cannot move it, he then began to curse at me and yell and make fun of me and so did the pump operator and the other laborers while I was stuck down in the over dig with a broken foot. after about 5 minutes of being sweared at and made fun of I eventually was able to climb up and limp to my car were I had to call someone to take my car home and get me to a urgent care, I was unable to drive because the foot I broke was my gas and brake foot. I got workmans comp but they tried to trick me into coming back to work right after it happened to opt me out of my workmans comp and after all that I had been through I was still willing to come back after I healed up but they kept telling me to call back tomorrow and after about 2 weeks of being told to call back tomorrow I just went back to my old job."

"We hired this company to pour a footing and slab for our addition. The price was a little more than anticipated however we had some very good references so we contracted B&W. The employees and overall concrete work was good. The issue arose when their excavator piles his spoils near a brick retaining wall in the back yard. Needless to say when they graded the spoils back in the yard they knocked about 10-12 bricks loose from the top of the wall. I notified the Larry and he directed my complaint to Terry. Terry called and I explained my complaint. Terry came by to see the damage and called me. I told him I was aware the brickwork was probably in need of repair and asked him to split the repair cost with me. He declined and proceeded to explain Masonry to me as though I was a child. I called a mason I knew and the repair was $200, this would have cost B&W $100 on a $19,000 job to make it right. Anytime someone talks of concrete or construction I tell them my story. Great work but hope you don’t need customer service, they don’t have it!"
