"This is dying service but at Like New Show Repair it LIVES ON!! I took a pair of sandles to a differenr repair place and they wanted $40 just to glue the bottoms back on.. thinking this was high I drove out to Like New and the super nice guy there did them for $12!!! Gotta love great service at a great price!! Keep up the great work and prices Like New!! We miss ya in Valley Park.. but glad you are still open!!"

I needed the heels of my cowgirl boots replaced since they had worn very thin, and he was able to fix that while also returning them to me polished and looking as new as the day I bought them. Reasonable pricing and he was able to return my shoes to me in just a couple of days. Would recommend!!"
"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I dropped off a pair of shoes to be repaired a month ago and was told it would take a week. I called and was told it would take another week. I called again and was told it would take another week. After the 3rd week of calling, they have stopped answering their phone and I am going to pay a visit today. I can't believe a company can be run this way."
"I dropped off a pair of boots to get heel caps replaced. Over 3 weeks later and three calls where I was told that they would be ready the next day, I was still waiting. The final call I was told that he would get to them "if I didn't make him mad". I went to the store to retrieve the boots because with that attitude, I was going to take them somewhere else. When I arrived, I noticed that my boots were on a table by the front door...my boots were done and apparently had been for quite some time. No claim ticket on them at all...I don't think they knew who to call. Very unprofessional and rude. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
