"These guys are great. Darryl and Bob have stored multiple RV and boats for me over the past 18 years . They are much more than a storage yard, they are my pit crew. I bring the unit back after a weekend and they get it ready to go for me for the next weekend. They have done maintenance of all kinds on all of my vehicles up to and including heavy diesel work. I would recommend them to any RV owner. The previous posts that talk about poor customer service I believe are discussing St Louis RV not St Louis RV Home port.They are two different companies"

"Under no circumstances would I recommend St Louis RV service or sales. We purchased our 2013 THOR Palazzo from them new. We have dealt with their lies and the inability to repair things correctly for the 1st year, but we will NEVER take our MH back to them. Here's just a couple of examples: Earlier this year they replaced our windshield ($2600). Recently the trim fell completely out! When I called to inform them and find out what windshield company really put the window in, they 1 refused to tell me the window company and 2 said they would not do anything about the trim. Said "sometimes the trim just comes out". Or how about the time they told me that they ordered a new microwave/convection oven and were waiting on it, only to be told 3 weeks later that it needed to be serviced instead, but they had not even scheduled it. 4 weeks later, it still had not been scheduled. Or how about the time when they said our slide was fixed and we could pick up the unit only to get there and they were not going to show us that it was fixed. When we forced them to show us, guess what, It wouldn't come back in! Or how about the time when the sales manager would not even speak to my husband in person about the horrible service we were getting? Never Never go to St Louis RV. They know nothing about customer service! With one exception and his name is Gentry. Thank you Gentry for trying."

"I have been storing my RV with Bob & Daryl for a number of years now. They are very reasonable business operators with a great sense for customer service. One of the most impressive characteristics of them is their willingness to share their knowledge. They will perform work for you, or coach you on doing the work yourself. Their coaching doesn't just stop with "telling you" what should be done. They often monitor your setup and progress, especially if you are doing the work on their property.
