"I knew my smoke alarms needed to be changed out since most were original from 2000 but kept putting it off. Then after replacing batteries in Sept 2 alarms started chirping in December and replacing the batteries again didn’t fix the issue. Randy was quick to reply and schedule my appointment. Explained everything clearly, tested the system , cleaned up and took all waste with him. Also installed carbon monoxide detectors which were lacking. Completely happy with the entire process.
