"Had an appointment to get two tires installed. They were fast and transparent. After a days worth of driving I checked the torque on all 4 wheels and they were all still at 90 lbs-ft so thumbs up there. Only gripe is they said they inflated all my tires to 35 PSI but when I checked a few days later my passenger front was at 45 which is close to max pressure. I would check on the work they do to your car, although that’s probably good advise after any shop works on your car not just Walmart"
"The service was quick but parts were not in stock, directions were not followed, costing them a sale on 2 new tires. The the lugnuts were not torqued and loose. Had I not checked them immediately after Ieft, a wheel could have come off causing accident and a law suit."
"I posted a negative review about Autozone a month or so back and forgot to post a positive review about the Walmart Auto Center. I came in to have my battery checked and replaced at Autozone and the associate said it was too difficult I'd have to go to a dealership. Walmart is in the same lot so I went there, the technician, I believe his name was Joe took time to check the battery and stayed on after he was supposed to be off to install the battery, then he checked me out personally. Talk about going the extra mile, made my day, and obviously since I'm posting this months later, made a lasting impression on me. 5 Stars ALL THE WAY!!!"
