"These people are the rudest I have ever called. I tried calling to find out if they were accepting new patients, only to be abruptly hung up on as soon as they heard my accent. When I tried calling again, no one answered even though it was clear that there were people there. When calling from another number with my daughter, who is American, she was answered and the person answering treated her with only respect. How can someone who considers themselves a mental health professional be so idiotic as to hire xenophobes for secretaries?"
