Within 30 minutes after I first contacted him (at 7:00 PM on a Wednesday evening), he stopped by my home to pick up my dead laptop; the next morning he called me with a full update. He was then able to quickly replace (and, more importantly, 100% cloned and restored) my defective hard drive without a hitch, and at a very affordable cost. I highly recommend you give him a call, as it is a genuine pleasure to deal with this knowledgeable and personable Air Force veteran."

Our daughter's computer completely crashed and he was able to get it up and running again and even installed the latest Windows 10 for her on it and with the Office programs she needed. It had several issues and Larry was able to address and fix all of them. Not only did he fix it he explained in detail what he had to do to get it up and running.
