"I brought in a vehicle with a reverberation issue, so Andy, the owner, said he would get to the bottom of what he thought the issues were. He didn’t take it for a test drive to see the specific issues I was having. He repaired some parts, and gave me my vehicle back after a few business days. The issue still remained when I drove off the lot, so I turned back around to the shop and was met with no help. He also followed up with an aggressive attitude towards me, as if I was at fault. Over $600 dollars later I have a broken car and no fix. I also have lots of nasty texts on my phone from the owner, Andy. He wouldn’t listen to me on the phone and attempts to use scare tactics. Check out this business’s responses to other poor ratings on google, that’ll tell you everything you need to know. Imagine your AC is down and a guy shows up, doesn’t fix it, and tells you to pay him (for more than just a diagnostics fee). Or going to a restaurant, paying for dinner, and then telling you they’re not serving you but they’re keeping your money. No other industry is this or should this be acceptable."

"We cannot possibly rate AML automotive high enough to do them justice! We were on our last day of our anniversary vacation and visiting Branson just for the day while staying at an Airbnb an hour away. We had to check out of our Airbnb the next morning and return home to Tennessee. It was late in the day on a Saturday and our truck started smoking. There was no repair shops open until Monday. AML automotive was out only hope, Andrew and his wife came to our rescue in about 30 minutes. Turned out our heater hose was broke and difficult to find the hose for our make/ year of truck. Andrew called every auto part shop around until he finally found the hose at a shop 30 minutes away. Not only did he get our truck up and running within a few hours he gave us the use of his private vehicle just so we could still go enjoy our last evening in Branson while he was repairing our truck. His price was extremely fair, especially for being after hours on a weekend and we could not be more thankful for AML automotive!! Andrew and his wife were the most generous people you can imagine, just wish there were more people and businesses like them, because they are a rare find!"

"I can't express how great AML is. As someone who doesn't even want a car but is necessary to have in our country, I wouldn't want to deal with anyone except Andy and his shop. I've been to several shops in the area during my decade in this area and Andy and his team are by far the most up front, honest, hard working, kind people I've dealt with here. They're not trying to tag on a million other things that needs to be done."
