"Overall I like the people and they are polite. They did some repairs months ago and I was pleased with the work. Lately however, they changed the transmission fluid, radiator fluid, and flushed and changed the oil. Unfortunately, the transmission is running much hotter as is the engine oil. Also the oil was a half quart low when I got the vehicle and they did not reset the oil status gauge. I think going forward, I will use Jeep fluids. They seem to work better and keep everything cooler."

"On a trip to Branson and a bad oil leak started. They diagnosed the problem a day earlier than they told me their pipeline workload allowed time for. Andy came in on a Saturday (even though they are closed on Saturdays). We told him we’d pick up at 8 AM, and we were actually a little late. Andy was still super friendly and we got our car and were able to leave Branson and not miss work. Great place, and highly recommend"

"On a trip to Branson, MO our rear brakes were making lots of noise and I knew they needed attention. I was at BAT Boys when they opened and they got me in right away although they were busy. The rear brakes and rotors were replaced at a reasonable price. They saved our trip. They are a very professional auto shop and they know what they are doing and are fair. I wish they were located in our city. A+"

"New to area. Needed to know how my brakes were doing. Got a complete update. Parking lot really full. Obviously people trust them. Friendly, professional review. Nifty, clean, up-to-date shop and waiting area. I’m impressed."

"They are very polite, but what they charge for simple things is highway robbery. I had a headlight with a bad connection and needed to get it fixed to pass an inspection. They wanted to charge me $120 for an electrical diagnostic. I told them I didn't need a diagnostic because you can see the bad wire when you pull the headlamp out. They said they would see what they could do to reduce that charge. They showed me the wire that I told them was bad and said they cut the diagnostic charge down to $60. $60 for something that took them 30 sec. to see. Then, they proceeded to charge me another $111 to replace the wire. Total is $171 to replace a headlight connection. I will not be going back to B.A.T. Boys."
