"I sat on hold at Best Buy for 10 minutes and they never even answered the phone I had to call back again and sit on hold again finally when I got a hold of Best Buy they wanted me to make an appointment two hours later to come in and drop my phone off and leave it for approximately three hours to get a battery put in it! I ended up taking my phone to IPhone Express at the Branson Landing They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable they put a new battery in my iPhone in less than 10 minutes While I waited!"
"Took my computer here ro get a file off of it since it Broke. I told them what the file needed to perform I paid $108 and left. They called me back within 2 hours said they got the file done. They said if i have any problems bring it back in. Less then a week, took it back today and they said there's no notes saying the file needed to work therefore a back up only was done and anything else would be more money. Scamming jerks"
