"Matt F sales, Mike sales mgr, Tim ast sales Mgr, Grant? finance,Pam phone contact, Camrun merch, Levi parts, David K service and marina recpt all did a great job getting us out the door with a new bike. It's a hard process but they did their best to keep us entertained and in the loop. A great feeling even when we left and they were closing to give us a great send off ringing the bell along with a great song and raising a little hell for us. "I had a very good experience with all the staff at rawhide Harley Davidson. The receptionist was very friendly from the start. Next was Kyle the fit specialist he made sure the bike I chose was the one that would fit my short legs. Then I met Tim the assistant sales manager. Very nice and a pleasure to do businesses . I met Jonny in the service department we talked a while and set up my delivery. I also talked with Mike in finance very nice guy who really worked things out for me. Tony in parts who set me up with a catalog and owners manual and took time to go over it with me telling me my bike was purple well in the catalog anyway.went in to sign the paperwork with Brandon I think that was his name.He explained everything on the paperwork.Sorry sometimes names get all mixed up in this old mind .Natalee was great keeping me updated on appointments and there was another lady the helped with appointment setting and set me up as a VIP I believe her name was Ashley. I had another salesman that ran through all the bells and whistles of the bike. I know I might be leaving someone out and I really do apologize because everyone was great even up in the clothes sales. I really did Not think I would walk out with my very first Harley, for the fact I owed too much on my trade. But after wheeling and dealing I came out with a 2023 soft tail heritage. I can’t express the great experience my wife, granddaughter and myself had at Rawhide Harley Davidson . They all deserve a free lunch on Rawhide. I am proud to walk out of the finance office to cheers and to Ring the Bell. I am now part of the Harley family."

"Everyone is wonderful in this place. I have been to a number of events now, and although I go by myself, they are always fun to attend. The only issue I have is their finance options on motorcycles. Eaglesmark Bamk is not where you need to finance a bike. This takes away nothing from the dealership. Except that Going through a bank owned by Harley Davidson is not how you need to finance your first and probably only Harley ever. When I drove off the lot, I was $6000 upside down after getting $3000 for my trade, so basically, I got nothing. So, a trade-in will be impossible for me. Not to forget that I will be 66 when its finally paid for, and I will pay for the bike almost three times. Not to forget they offer free tires for the life of your ownership and because of the high financing I wil pay for every set of tires as well. I was excited and the moment and didn't realize what I had signed until I looked at the paperwork a few days back. It's my fault, and I will have to live with this purchase.Don"t get caught up with excitement and go in with as much knowledge as possible. Research research research. Don't get taken advantage of.Better words are highway robbery. There is no way I'll ever be able to afford to trade it in. Like I said, everyone was awesome at the dealership. My only issue is the finance options and what I'm now having to pay for this bike. Seems to me to be inflated pricing and inflated finance charges. I give them 5 stars on customer service. 5 stars on events. They get 3 stars overall because of the financing. This needs to be fixed. This is an UPDATED REVIEW!!"
