"Dry cleaning should get a 5 star. It was the customer services that warrant a no star. I spent $62.00 on dry cleaning. Not one representative said thank you for your business. I decided to say thank you to the cashier, crickets, no one replied. 2/19/2024"

"On 02/25 Saturday, I gave 16 shirts for laundry. I paid on the same day for laundry and to be folded and boxed. In front desk, it will be ready by 02/28 Tuesday. I came back on Tuesday for pickup. They gave me 10 shirts folded and boxed, remaining where kept in hangers. I told them paid for all shirts to be folded and boxed. In front desk, they to me to come back on next day to get remaining 6 shirts. I got frustrate, and said it’s okay I will come and pick on tomorrow. I went back on next day 03/01 to pick all 6 shirts. Again 5 shirts where boxed and one shirt in hanger. The front desk guy named john(he said his name was John) replied “5 shirts only fit in box and I have one shirt in hanger”. I lost my patience there, I paid for everything to boxed and folded. His reply to customer was not totally unacceptable, he asking me to take the shirts with you or wait for this to be get folded or-else get the money for the one shirt you paid for folded. It’s 50 cents. That guy John said this is not his fault, he is not ready to accept it also. He is totally looked like a crook. I took my shirts and left the place. I am never gonna come again to this location or even the American cleaners. This was bad my experience I ever had in this year. Mr. owner. Your employee is totally rude to me. There is nothing like mutual respect to customers. When you take the shirts, you should mention that before this shirt can’t go for folding and you shouldn’t charge for it. But there is no mentions for that and charged me well. All over, you and your employees are not accepting it’s your fault."

"My husband came here to get his dress blues clean and pressed for a funeral on short notice. The white dress shirt was already clean and just needed to be pressed, but it came back with a weird dirty stain on it. We are very disappointed. We will not be back."

"Had a drapery dry cleaned at this location. Picked picked up the garment, no body worked informed me it was damaged. The item was damaged in two places; 1. The drapery is part of a automatic system, one of the end connectors are completely stripped off. 2. On section of the drapery is now separated. The item was sown together. Now on one side is completely separated. Called the location about the damage and no one answered. (During business hours) Now I will have to find a upholstery store to fix the damaged item. I do not recommend this location to anybody."
