"DO NOT USE THEM! Absolute worst customer service. Richard the owner was extremely rude and complained about how customers try to fix something and end up having to call him to fix and how customers are the worst. In front of us. Bragged about how his cousin told him "how rude he is to his customers." When we stepped away for minute and turned our backs he said "Bye Bye" and waved joyfully in a sarcastic manner. I don't care if he has 40 years of experience or not, he obviously has not learned how to give good customer in those 40 years. He was more concerned about changing his breaks than working on our pump. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!! Pay the extra money if you have to just to get some professionals out there."
"I called and they came out the same day and they were amazing. I had to replace my pump and their rates were very reasonable. They will be the only company I call from now on."
