"I have been using this place for years. I'm not sure why. The never answer their phone the never do what they say they are going to do or show up when they say. This is the last straw however... they came to open the pool took the cover off and said I had a sand leak and would be back well that was 10 days ago. My pool now is nasty and a bigger mess than if I would have done it myself and I have called multiple times every single day without a call back. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!"

"In 2020, we were sold a pool meant for chlorinated water but were allowed to purchase a salt water system without any warning of the consequences. After just 2 years of use, the whole frame, side walls and rails are trash because of the corrosion! An honest company wouldn't allow their customers to do this! To add to this, the liner leaked from day one. The lady who takes care of our pool now takes care of several pools in the area and has several years of experience in pool products and she has no clue what kind of liner they sold us or what it' was made out of. We called Neosho Pool & Spa to ask about the water constantly around the concrete base, we were told, "It's just condensation, that's normal." When the leaking became so bad that we were having to top it off every week, sometimes twice a week, the woman who answered my call again told me, "That's normal, I have to do that with mine too, it's just from evaporation." Learn from our mistake, this is NOT a company you want to do business with, they will make every excuse to not stand behind their work!"

"We were sold a new pool in 2020 and specifically said we wanted a salt water pool to begin with. The lady said no problem we have one here that a customer backed out on so we took that pool. They installed the pool and within a couple weeks there was water running out from the bottom under the wall so we called and asked if they could take care of this and we were told this was just condensation and not to worry. Fast forward to 2023 we have to put a new liner in because its leaking so bad it will not hold water more than 3 days. We removed the old liner and saw the wall was completely rusted and corroded from the salt water eating away at the wall behind the liner. There is a difference between salt water pools and chlorinated pools for the walls. We were sold a chlorinated pool with Neosho Pool and Spa knowing we wanted salt water. Now the entire wall for the outside of the pool is ruined and needs replaced. Neosho Pool and Spa will not answer the phone nor return a call! A very poorly managed money hungry business that will not take care of their customers!!!"
