"They came at 9 am and had my entire roof done by 5pm, including deck replacement where necessary. They were professional and obviously worked well together. The roof looks great and the neighbors asked for their information. One of the things I appreciate is that they are a family business. The owner, Tom, works right alongside the crew, answering questions and addressing concerns. I could not be happier."

"Update having issues with warranty, contacted Tom McKay on January 17 23 after several calls and being put off finally got him to come look at my concerns will update with pictures and if issue gets resolved January of 2022 Mckay installed a new shingle roof on our home, prior to the hiring of Mckay Quality Roofing we asked around who everyone recommend to install a roof Mckay came highly recommended, even after these recommendations we still had several quotes and quotes to me are not so much as who is the cheapest but to get to know about the company and how knowledgeable they are about the work they perform and products they use, after several quotes Tom with Mckay hands down found and pointed out the most wrong with the roof that other roofers didn't acknowledge. This being said we also had a couple no returned calls and a couple that weren't interested after we told them we would be paying out of pocket. Mckay never pressured us to try to use insurance as most of the other companies did, but they seemed very knowledgeable on insurance claims and would go to batt for you. Any questions we had were directly answered by tom or crew and Tom always answered our calls or returned our messages. Their workman ship warranty also couldn't be touched most were 5 yrs. These boys did a great job we had several challenges with our roof including 2 chimneys to demo, a signal booster to work around and a section of flat roofing to deal with coming off a shingle roof , all this said everything was completely demoed, all shingles torn off and re-shingled in a day.
