"Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of, they said they came out and worked on my pool for an hour (with no proof that anything was done), they refuse to come out and finish the pool because they expect me to do their job so all they have to do is the bare minimum. Just canceled my service today because it's not worth the hassle. I would rather do it myself than to be charged an arm and a leg for them to do absolutely nothing."

"They seemed extremely nice on the phone the first time we talked with them. Paid them to do a pool opening for our new pool. Explained we are extremely new to the process and had no idea what pool openings actually included. It sounded very “turn key” and they would take care of everything. They came and got the main drain running but left us to open the skimmers. We had trouble with one skimmer and called them back. They came back out and then it was a slew of misunderstandings and non communication. We were told we had a cracked skimmer when in reality it was a busted valve from not being closed properly (it was not their company who closed it). It caused chaos and worry because the problem we actually had with the pool was very minor. A returned phone call from a pool technician could have prevented all the miscommunication involved. When we finally got upset someone called and got very hateful with me and said pool owners should know stuff like this....I explained that we had never owned a pool and was still learning and we received no apology for the treatment I received. I was very disappointed because the secretary was kind and explained to my husband it was her that got confused and told me the wrong information. There are better pool companies out there and I would definitely shop around before using this company again."

"This is the best pool service you will find. I’ve used Cary for more than 5 years. He keeps our pool clean year round, even during the winter months since we don’t cover it. I never have to worry about it because he comes and maintains it early in the mornings and has even come on a weekend if we are entertaining. I have called with an emergency and he will walk me through it on the phone and then come check himself as soon as possible. You won’t find a more loyal, honest and kind man around! I trust The Pool Guys and you should too."
