"friendly fast loading after first check in…you’ll need your pick up number and where load is going…truck and trailer number accompanied by license plate numbers and state with driver license because they will ask for that information all of it…also when loading there slide tandems to rear while keeping doors closed because they will open them from inside of building…"

"Sunday 1 pm appointment. Arrived at 1230 pm, got door and started loading. Took over 2.5 hrs to load. Then, after getting green light and supposedly done, took another 30 mins to get paperwork. They seem to be more interested in chatting and standing around than working. No regard for a driver's time."

Got a call for a door 2:36pm. Finish load at 11:30pm sigh. I ran out of HOS right there in the dock. So it was a waste of day, no miles, no money. I'm not going back there."
