I'm now a lesbian because my smashbowl had no nuggets(balls) and I am eating this with my fingers. I feel like I was smashed in the completely wrong way 1/5."

"I really miss those days when you can pull through a drive thru and get what you ordered, have friendly service, and not have to worry about asking for napkins and when you do, you still don't get them. please stop making your customers ask for napkins and get their orders correct the first time. The customers should not have to go through what they do when going through a drive thru. The workers needs to focus on the customers and not other workers."

"Spent $65 and got our food delivered. It was all dry every bit of the chicken was hard and dry the portions was so small barely fed the family. Very disappointing won't eat there again. They even tried to get us to go after door dash and tell them not to charge us but it wasn't door dashes fault."

"This is a KFC/Taco Bell. The food tasted like it should, but it was prepared horribly, it was supposed to be fast(not a twenty minute wait), and the atmosphere behind the counter seemed unorganized. Went to Taco Bell in Kearney the next time. They were faster, the food was prepared well, and the building looked cleaner."

"DO NOT EAT HERE!! This place is So Dirty!!!! Will be contacting Clay County Health Department for Everyone's Safety. Do Not Eat Here. Ten minute wait in drive thu. Order was wrong when I got home. Called and they said they give refund if I had receipt upon my return. No offer to fix problem. I returned went into store. Was overwhelmed with the filthy restaurant I posted pictures of inside restaurant because Everyone needs to know where they are eating at. Lack of management and corporate responsibility of restaurant to contact me"
